CELA’s comments on ERO No. 019-2936

CELA opposes the Species at Risk Conservation Fund as it allows those harming threatened or endangered species or their habitat to pay into a conservation fund in lieu of compliance with the Endangered Species Act, which prioritizes species protection and recovery.
