The global community continues its negotiations towards an international legally binding instrument to address plastic pollution. The Canadian Environmental Law Association and Health and Environment Justice Support submit the following comments and recommendations to the Canadian government participating at these negotiations seeking for mechanisms for transparency, traceability, and labelling requirements for chemicals in plastics.
