CELA has submitted comments in response to ERO #019-6767, proposed changes to Ontario Regulation 244/97. These changes, if implemented will authorize, operators of pits and quarries to self-file changes to existing site plans for certain activities without receiving approval from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry.
