CELA submitted comments on behalf of three organizations concerning the Initial Project Description for the proposed new nuclear project at Wesleyville Ontario. CELA’s submission argues that it is premature and not ready for an impact assessment under the federal Impact Assessment Act. It is missing essential and required information and should not proceed further under that legislative process at this time until these deficiencies are rectified; in particular a description of the technology choices proposed for the project.
