Application for Review of Ontario’s Clean Water Act

Richard Lindgren and Theresa McClenaghan, CELA counsel, have submitted an application for review under the Environmental Bill of Rights of the Clean Water Act, 2006 and a significant regulation that affects drinking water in Ontario.
