She’ll discuss water contamination in reserves, and how water insecurity hinders many First Nations abilities to protect their members during the pandemic.

The Walkerton Inquiry

For nearly two years, the Canadian Environmental Law Association counsel and staff were extensively involved in representing Concerned Walkerton Citizens at the Public Inquiry investigating that Ontario community’s tainted water tragedy. In this one hour webinar with CELA Executive Director Theresa McClenaghan and Concerned Walkerton Citizens Chair Bruce Davidson, learn more about the health impacts of tainted water and government reaction to the community’s water crisis.
