CELA’s Executive Director Theresa McClenaghan will be joining Members of Michigan State Bar and the Ontario Bar Association to discuss environmental law topics relevant to lawyers on both sides of the border. Our speakers will discuss the impact of the deep geological (nuclear waste) repository, development patterns, storm, sewage, and chemical run-off on the Great Lakes being the source of significant drinking-water sources. Join us to learn more about the similarities and differences of legislative frameworks in Michigan and Ontario.
