 The Ministry of Energy, Northern Development, and Mines is reviewing Ontario’s long-term energy planning framework with a view to implementing a new, more transparent, predictable, and reliable planning process. CELA with the Low Income Energy Network (LIEN) has responded to this consultation (ERO #019-3007).
