Submission: Response to Updated Draft State of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) Report

In July 2024, ECCC and Health Canada released an updated version of the report. Public interest organizations, including CELA, continue to respond to the government departments' proposed findings that the class of PFAS meet the criteria as toxic under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act.
