Lead in our Drinking Water
CELA's report contributed to the Canada-wide investigation revealing dangerous levels of lead in our drinking water. The report makes multiple recommendations to protect Canadians, including asking the province to change legislation to require a minimum of 75% of municipal lead service lines to homes be replaced within 3-5 years.
