Environmental Lawyer to Represent Residents’ Group at Tribunal Hearing on Proposed Development of Former Tannery Site in Kingston

No Clearcuts Kingston (NCK), a non-profit residents’ group, announced that it has retained the Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) to represent the group in an upcoming Ontario Land Tribunal hearing on the proposed multi-residential and commercial development of a former industrial site in Kingston.
